1. Introduction

Stargate Finance Limited has designed the Bwangu Bwangu USSD Loan
Service to provide quick and convenient financial access. This service is
offered through Zamtel Money and is intended for use as is.
This Agreement outlines the complete Terms and Conditions governing your
use of the Service and is binding upon you, Zamtel Money, and Stargate
Finance Limited. By opting into or registering for the Service, you confirm that
you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By selecting the “Accept” and “Proceed” option during the opt-in process, you
acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the
Service further confirms your acceptance.

3. Registration for the Service
To be eligible for the Service, you must:
i. Be at least eighteen (18) years old.
ii. Be a registered and active Zamtel Money subscriber for at least six (6)
months.
iii. Allow verification of your Zamtel Money account and transaction
history.
iv. Stargate Finance Limited reserves the right to approve or reject any
application at its discretion.

4. Loan Request and Approval
1. Upon opting into the Service, you will receive a confirmation message
detailing the approved loan amount.
2. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize
automatic deductions to commence three (3) days after the due
date of your approved loan.
3. You acknowledge that your Zamtel Money account will be auto
deducted for loan repayment, including applicable fees and interest.

5. Loan Repayment.
You are responsible for repaying the loan and applicable interest via the
Zamtel Money USSD repayment menu according to the terms of your loan.
Failure to repay may result in service termination.

6. Termination of the Service
Stargate Finance Limited and Zamtel Money reserve the right to terminate
your access to the Service if you fail to repay the loan and any outstanding
fees within the loan term.

7. Information Collection and Use
By selecting the “Accept” and “Proceed” option during the opt-in process, you
consent to the collection and processing of your personal information,
including your name and phone number, for the purpose of enhancing your
experience. This Service also utilizes third-party tools that may collect
identifying information. Personal data will only be shared as required by law or
with authorized third parties, including:
i. Law enforcement or regulatory agencies for fraud prevention.
ii. Credit reference bureaus for credit assessment.
iii. Service providers, dealers, or agents involved in service delivery.

8. Privacy Policy
i. We prioritize your privacy and will not share your personal information
unlawfully.
ii. Your data may be used to improve our services, verify identity, assess
creditworthiness, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.
iii. Automated decision-making tools may be used to assess loan eligibility
efficiently.
iv. You agree to keep your Zamtel Money PIN confidential and notify us of
any data changes within 30 days.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be communicated via
text message, email, or through our website. You will be required to accept
updated terms to continue using the Service.

11. Loan Rates and Fees
i. Loan interest rates vary based on agreements with Zamtel Money.
ii. Late repayments attract additional daily interest charges.
iii. Interest is not compounded, and there are no hidden fees or charges.

12. Liability Disclaimer
i. Stargate Finance Limited and Zamtel Money shall not be liable for any
indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Bwangu
Bwangu USSD Loan Service.
ii. Stargate Finance and Zamtel Money will not be held liable for your
negligence to secure your Zamtel Money information.

13. General Provisions
i. These Terms are subject to applicable laws in relevant jurisdictions.
ii. Stargate Finance Limited may transfer its rights or obligations to a third
party without prior consent from users who have defaulted their loans,
the third party in this case is the credit bureau (CRB) and debt
Collectors.
iii. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining
provisions shall remain in effect.
iv. You consent to receive transactional updates, educational messages,
and promotional offers via SMS.

By using the Zamtel Money Bwangu Bwangu Loan Service, you acknowledge
and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
